Choose from our two distinct sauna units when available—Liv, a bright, family-friendly space ideal for social gatherings, or Ro, an adults-only sanctuary designed for quiet reflection and deeper heat therapy.

Details

90-minute private sessions are available for up to 10 people during off-peak hours (outside of our existing public session schedule) and include exclusive access for your group, an event host, wood supply, seating towels, a water station, and the restorative benefits of a perfectly heated sauna environment.

*Off-site events require access to a water supply throughout the event to properly maintain plunge tubs and/or an outdoor shower.

*All participants will be required to create a Mindbody account and acknowledge our digital waiver if they have not done so already.
